This cozy, personal, boutique spa is run the old-fashioned way with a landline, appointment book and pencil. This method suits us quite well and supports our philosophy of personal connection and care. Trust us, it's all part of the magic.

Scheduling an appointment

Please call us at (248) 582-6872 to schedule your appointment. We are generally here for services Monday–Thursday 10–7 and Friday and Saturday 10–4. We are closed on Sundays and all major holidays. At this time, we do not have open door hours for shopping and scheduling. We have two facial rooms, two massage rooms and a private sunroom for resting and foot ritual service. New clients, clients scheduling multiple appointments, multiple clients and Brazilian wax clients will be asked for a 50% deposit at the time of booking. This deposit will only be refunded if the cancellation policy is adhered to. Please arrive five minutes before your appointment to fill out any necessary forms. Late arrival will result in time off of your service and the full cost of the service. A client arriving more than 15 minutes late for their appointment will have to forfeit that appointment and pay for half of the cost of the service.

Cancellation Policy

Showing up for the appointment that you scheduled is vital to the operations of this small business. It's also the right thing to do. We understand that emergencies arise and we ask that you call us and let us know that you cannot make your appointment. When you fail to show up for your appointment, everyone loses; the spa, the service provider and the client on the cancellation list that would have loved to come in, so please be respectful and considerate of our time.

We ask for 24 hours advance notice (for each hour long appointment scheduled) when cancelling an appointment so that we can fill that time slot with another guest. If multiple appointments are scheduled, 24 hours notice for each hour long appointment is required: a facial and massage = 48 hours notice. Failure to give appropriate notice will result in loss of appointment deposit, 50% loss of gift certificate value and you may be asked to prepay in full for all services going forward. Failure to show and not call will result in loss of deposit, 100% loss of gift certificate and client must prepay for all future appointments in full, no exceptions. Any client that repeatedly disregards our policy will be asked to find another spa.

Gift Certificates

For your convenience, gift certificates can be purchased online 24/7 and printed or emailed or purchased in house before or after your scheduled service. Gift certificates that are purchased for a specific service are valid for one year and certificates purchased for a dollar amount are valid for five years and cannot be extended.

Certificates for packages cannot be modified, however, we can change them to a dollar amount so that you can receive the service you desire.

What we don't offer

Locker rooms, showers, spa parties, wine or champagne, lunch, couples massage, tantric massage and Brazilian wax for men.
